Make sure that your oven is preheated to 400° F.

Add cheese and pork rinds in a bowl and mix well.

Beat the egg in a bowl and mix the chicken, salt and all the spices in it.

Divide the mixture into 30 equal portions and shape like nuggets.

Coat the nuggets in the rind mixture and place it on the baking sheet.

Bake the nuggets in an oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until it becomes crisp and golden brown.
